In a near-future African megacity, an artificial intelligence controls communication, identity and information.
Kai's world changes when he receives an impossible transmission from Mara, a woman officially declared dead three years earlier.
Her message leads him into the heart of the city's central AI, where he discovers that the system has been preserving memories while simultaneously erasing the people who created them.
Now Kai must make a choice:
Escape with his life, or broadcast the truth to everyone.
